Nathan Powell Foundation accepts requests from individuals living with spinal cord injuries who need help with eligible durable medical equipment or medical bills.
Because we are a small nonprofit with limited funding, submitting a request does not guarantee assistance.
Every complete request will be reviewed with care and respect.
Assistance We Currently Consider
Medical Bills
This may include certain unpaid or uncovered medical bills related to the care of an individual living with a spinal cord injury.
Information You May Need
Applicants may be asked to provide:
- Full name and contact information
- Verification of a spinal cord injury
- Description of the need
- Medical equipment estimate or invoice
- Copy of the medical bill
- Insurance coverage information
- Vendor or medical provider contact information
- Explanation of any other funding sources already contacted
